BP Take: Anne-Sophie Pic is renowned as one of the top female chefs on the planet, and her Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris is one of my favorite gastronomic experiences in the capital. The innovative menus are based on different scents; diners are invited to smell perfume blotters, and then choose their menu based on the fragrance they like best. Each menu showcases scents, spices, and flavors found in the chosen perfume. Seated in front of the open kitchen, we were mesmerized by the artistry of the chefs at work.
