Returning from a lovely dinner after dark, looking toward the Louvre Pyramid and seeing a full moon just above the roofline. The video was so appreciated. I felt like I was there. Some of my own memories . . . Standing above the stairs in the Opera Garnier with a flute of champagne, watching all the arrivals and anticipating a Balanchine ballet performance. Watching a group of children examining the bee hives in one of the less frequented parks. It's wonderful that there are so many hives in Paris. Seeing both John Legend perform and Nadal and Djokovic play tennis at the Accor Arena (Bercy) at different times. Meeting (quite by happenstance) our now dear Parisian friends at the origninal Le Temps au Temps restaurant on Rue Paul Bert. We were so cozy in there, how could we not? Why did they have to move? And I have so many more.
