Summer Treat: Ice Cream Cookies at Hôtel de Crillon

Looking for something to cool you down in the height of the summer heat? Treat yourself to one of Chef Matthieu Carlin’s ice cream cookies at a dedicated cabane on the Place de la Concorde, the biggest square in Paris.

The ice cream cabane at the Hôtel de Crillon is back for the third year in a row, providing travelers and locals alike delicious ice cream cookies, available in four flavors. What’s more, every week, Chef Carlin will concoct new unique creations to be enjoyed. With refreshing and exciting flavors such as lemon meringue and buckwheat coffee, it’s a mystery as to what masterpiece Chef Carlin will come up with next.

Not a big fan of ice cream or simply looking for something to quench your thirst? Fear not, the cabane on the Place de la Concorde also offers cooling drinks such as iced green tea and homemade lemonade.

So kick back, chill out, and grab yourself an ice cream cookie – or two, with a side of iced drink.
