Green Spring

Green Spring

Green Spring by Clay McLachlanI have been working all week on an exciting new cookbook about fish, every kind of sea creature. In addition, it has been a beautiful week with great weather, longer days, and a definite feeling of SPRING in the air. Here is a perfectly monotone plate of food, all green, and yet for me it is the essence of springtime with its brilliant green hues. I love the variation of tones within this very limited color palette. Enjoy a plate of asparagus and welcome the coming bountiful season of fresh ingredients at their prime.
