One of my favorite times to photograph in the city is dusk, when the light is low and soft, and in Paris, it often takes on an orange pink hue. Captured movement becomes blurred with the camera’s shutter staying open longer, leaving traces in a photograph. This photo was taken on a May evening in front of Centre Pompidou. The red sleeved arm on the right mimics the famous red staircase that climbs the museum’s facade.
