Last night I spent some time at one of my favorite outdoor spaces in Paris – the courtyard between Palais de Tokyo and Musée d’Art Moderne. With an amazing view of the Seine and the Eiffel Tower just across it, the space also has a large fountain area with majestic stairs leading up to the museums. Yesterday’s event paid homage to New York’s clubbing scene in the 80s to celebrate the current Keith Haring exhibitions at Musée d’Art Moderne and Centre 104. I chose this photo which was taken in the same spot at a slightly colder moment of the year. Fire-eating performers entertain a crowd in the drained fountain between the two museums.
