There’s never a dull moment on the Paris restaurant scene- with exciting new openings, some sad closures (like Bones), and chefs switching gears and adventuring into new territory.
Such is the case with Daniel Rose, the Chicago-born chef who has amassed a serious following for his restaurant Spring. From Daniel Rose’s debut restaurant in 2006, he moved into an expanded space in the 1st arrondissement in 2010, where he continues to delight diners today with innovative, market-driven cuisine.
Now we’ve received word that this acclaimed chef is branching out with a new project: Daniel Rose has purchased the historic bistro called La Bourse ou La Vie– located at 12 rue Vivienne in the 2nd arrondissement. Stay tuned for more details about the project!
