A fictional account that draws heavily on primary archival material, it includes the backstory of how the Hemingways met in Chicago, and follows their relationship through to the tragic end of his life. She created and has taught literature classes for City University of New York study abroad programs in Paris since 1997, and teaches online classes for Politics and Prose bookstore in Washington DC. She writes frequently for Bonjour Paris and France Today, mostly (though not entirely) about books related to France.
