This beautiful photograph, titled Paris Sunset from the Louvre window, captures many interesting details. The composition is strengthened by graphic diagonal lines created by the triangular-shaped fountains, the floor’s crossing lines, and the Louvre building itself. All of these lines draw the eye into the photograph. The bird’s eye view allows the viewer to focus on the small details.. miniaturized people milling around, red brake lights from traffic on a road in the distance, and the Eiffel Tower peeking out from behind the Louvre. I also love how the reflections of light from shooting through the window create another layer that mimics shapes in the scene below.
