Here’s a message for Al Gore. If you’re in Paris on the 23rd and the 24th of September, please note: France Columbia/ Relais & Châteaux are presenting Food Temple at Paris’s Carreau du Temple – the atmospheric covered market dating from 1863 in the 3rd arrondissement.

Mr Gore: the concept is Relais & Châteaux chefs celebrate the art of healthy eating with a fabulous farmer’s market attended by French, South American and international food producers, combining culinary workshops, Masterclasses and gastronomic banquets (the price is 25€ + wine).

Relais & Châteaux chefs, accompanied by market gardeners, will showcase the richness and diversity of French terroir. They will pass on helpful tips, favorite foods, recipes, tastes, savoir-faire, and their passion for sustainable cuisine — good for your health and the environment.

Ateliers à manger
Mr Gore: Food Temple’s all about the values of the table and hospitality, preserving and evolving world cuisines in organic ways, demonstrating the passion of the participants to commit to the right to eat well thus creating a vector for a sustainable world. And come celebrate on Friday, 22 September at 8pm with the Big Colombian Ball.
