A Baguette Appetizer

Buy a carton of ricotta, mix in 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of cracked pepper (or more to taste). Blend and spread into a quiche dish. Chill for an hour. Top with room temperature prepared pesto (spread it if you can, but sometimes the pesto is a little stiff; if so, add a little olive oil to make it more spreadable) and then top with dollops of room temperature sun-dried tomato pesto. Chill again or serve immediately. Delicious served on sliced French baguettes!
