Photo of the Week – August 30, 2013

Seeing as la rentrée des classes (the start of the school year which takes place on Monday, September 2 in France) is just around the corner, this week’s photo shows a group of students warming up for their gym class in 1936. In 1957, coeducation was implemented in French primary schools.
