To be Beautiful at the Musée de l’Homme

Writer Frédérique Deghelt and photographer Astrid di Crollalanza focus on those who are generally not seen or heard, probing into our definition of beauty. Être beau (to be beautiful) involved eighteen modelling sessions in which each photographed person chose their own setting to present themselves to the world, exactly as they wished.

Expect a series of portraits of people of all ages, from all backgrounds and all professions.
