Join Maison Noire Américaine MARCH 15-17, 2019 for their inaugural SOUL FOOD ATELIER™, a series of intimate curated culinary experiences that showcase African American culture, authentic Southern Cuisine, and its contemporary American innovators. Events range from a Champagne + Amuses Bouches Networking Mixer, a hands-on cooking class, a demonstration/tasting and a Soul Food pop-up kitchen. The events feature CHEF JENNIFER BOOKER, Cordon Bleu Paris Certified chef, and author of “FIELD PEAS TO FOIE GRAS”, a cookbook that artfully blends traditional Southern dishes with French techniques.
