Chocolate sculptures, a fashion show, tastings and more… The Salon du Chocolat will be back at Porte de Versailles in Paris for its 22nd edition. This is a not-to-be-missed event for foodies. Billed as ‘the world’s largest event dedicated to chocolate and cocoa,’ the salon hosts more than 120,000 visitors, 500 participants, chocolatiers, chefs and pastry chefs, and cocoa experts, from all over the world.
