Renowned artist Mirdidingkingathi Juwarnda Sally Gabori was born on an island off the coast of Queensland, Australia and began painting in 2005 at over 80 years of age. Her abstract paintings of topographical references are a celebration of Kaiadilt art and culture. Her paintings are featured in some of Australia’s most important public collections and will be exhibited in Paris to pay tribute to this profound and masterful artist.
