The Nabis was a secret society of Symbolist artists who believed they could serve as ‘seers’ to reveal the invisible: the purest essence of art. Les Nabis et le décor at the Musée du Luxembourg is the first exhibition in France dedicated to the decorative and ornamental art and philosophy of the Nabis.
