European Night of Museums

This year will celebrate the twelfth edition of the European night of Museums. This exciting cultural highlight is held every year in May free of charge, for one night over 1,000 French museums and galleries stay open between 6 pm and midnight. Museums offer special activities for this original night, aimed at all audiences: storytelling tour, torch-lit tours, concerts, workshops for children, screenings, and impressive firework displays. Children and adults, lovers of music, live performance, literature and art in a more general sense all gather here for a unique night and get to view the collections in a new, more sensory light.
