One of our favorite fall events in France is the Journées Européens du Patrimoine, or European Heritage Days. Discover the culture and history of Paris during this special event. On the 3rd weekend of September, which falls on the 21-22 September, Parisian monuments open their doors for free to locals and visitors alike. With numerous special events taking place, it is truly an unmissable weekend for those looking to learn more about the City of Light. This year’s themes are “Heritage of routes, networks and connections” and “Maritime heritag.”
