Brancusi at the Centre Pompidou

Event Description

As part of the staging of this major exhibition devoted to the “father of modern sculpture,” the Centre Pompidou has recreated Brancusi’s atelier. On display are nearly 200 sculptures, along with photographs, drawings, films, archives, tools and furniture from the studio. One of the greatest artists of the 20th century, Brancusi has not been honored with a retrospective on this scale for almost 30 years.
