Belleville artist’s open studios

Event Description

Formerly a village that became part of Paris in 1860, Belleville is a lively, creative district which lies at the crossroads of the 10th, 11th, 19th and 20th districts in the North East of Paris. For 4 days, Belleville celebrates its artists with an open studio event in which art-lovers can come and see what goes on inside these inner sanctums of creativity. More than 250 artists open the doors of their studios to the public, free of charge. The aim of this initiative is to make art more accessible to all, and to facilitate new artistic discoveries in unusual spots in Paris. More than 120 places are open to visitors, free of charge, attracting art-lovers from all over the world.
