14th of July, Bastille Day in Paris

Event Description

A ceremony commemorating the storming of the Bastille, with an annual military parade on the Champs-Elysées, firemen’s balls, spectacular fireworks set off from the Eiffel Tower, and an outdoor concert in the Champ de Mars. It is certainly a day of celebration.

NOTE: This year’s fireworks show will take place on July 13th instead of the 14th. The date change is in tribute to the victims of the Nice terrorist attack a decade ago on July 14, 2016.
