Event Description

Fruit of the collaboration of historians with art experts, the exhibition “L’art et L’enfant. Chefs-d’œuvre de la peinture française” retraces the story of the representation of the status of the child through time, from the 14th to the 20th centuries.

With over 75 works by La Nain, Chardin, Corot, Millet, Manet Cézanne, Monet, Morisot, Renoir, Bonnard, Matisse, Picasso, Chaissac, Dubuffet, from private collections and prestigious museums, the Marmottan Monet offers an opportunity to take a fresh look at the subject of children and families.
