42nd Street at the Théâtre du Châtelet

Event Description

Under the direction of Jean-Luc Choplin, the historic Théâtre du Châtelet put on the world premier of the stage adaptation of Gershwin’s An American in Paris (which was then exported to Broadway). As it’s staged a bevy of exciting musicals, the theatre  continues to grab the spotlight. (Check out this great article in France Today magazine.) Next up is the Broadway classic, 42nd Street, which will be showing from November 17- January 8.
