‘Demonstration’ Shows by Paris Opera School of Dance at Palais Garnier

From Louis XIV to the present day, through the Revolution and the Third Republic, the Paris Opera School of Dance has built a worldwide reputation thanks to its outstanding artists and excellent teaching. Every year since 1977 the school’s gifted young dancers have showcased their skills with ‘Demonstration’ shows on the prestigious Palais Garnier stage, allowing the ballet-adoring public to appreciate the richness of classical dance training at the Opera. Directed by Élisabeth Platel, the dancers are accompanied by teachers and pianists.
