Join veteran Paris writer Jeffrey T Iverson on a two-part virtual tour over the River Seine to the island where the City of Light began.
Part I unveils the Île de la Cité’s epic history – from the founding of the Gallo-Roman city of Lutèce here to its transformation in the Middle Ages into the seat of power for all of France – exploring ancient maps and historic landmarks along the way.
