I don’t want to continue with my trial, please stop any payment being taken
Don’t worry, no free trails will end before January 6th 2021 and we will be back in time to action your request before any money is taken.
I am having trouble viewing the members only section / the website
This is most likely a problem with your cache or cookies, here are some instructions to resolve this issue:
- Clear your cache and browser cookies (steps on how-to for Safari or Chrome)
- Disable any ad blockers that you may have
- Attempt accessing the log-in page
- Finally, if the above steps do not work then please try filling in the sign-in form on a different web browser (eg. Google or Safari). If you are using an Apple device such as iPhone or iPad the please see here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201265
I want to reset my password / my password isn’t working
As a security measure we set passwords manually to check everything is OK with your account, we will be in touch when we return.
I’m a member and need the discount code for Discover Paris / Bonjour Paris Calendar
If you are a new member, we will send you the discount codes on our return. If you were a member before December 2021 then please check your inbox. If your email has been lost then let us know and we will resend your code on our return.
I want to purchase a gift membership
If you are a Bonjour Paris member then please log in to your account area, you will see the option to purchase a gift membership.
If you are not a Bonjour Paris member but wish to purchase a gift membership, please just sign up but put the recipients email address in the contact details, that way all instructions will be registered to the recipient. You will need to let us know you have purchased a membership as a gift so we can stop any auto renewal.
I want to cancel my membership
No problem, we will action this on our return. We would really appreciate your feedback on why you wish to cancel so we can continue to improve on our Membership benefits and service.
Why have you taken money from my account?
Memberships are set up to automatically renew. You can cancel at anytime so please do not panic, we can cancel the membership and refund you on our return.
How do I create a Bonjour Paris member account?

How do I pay for a membership? Which payment methods are accepted?
Click here to access our payment page. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. The payment amount is shown in dollars but we accept most currencies.
How do I access member-only articles once I have subscribed?
Many articles on the site are accessible only to members. You can read these by using the username and password you receive to your email address when you subscribed.
When will my membership renew?
All subscriptions last for one year and will automatically renew 12 months from the day you subscribe.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your renewal then email [email protected]. If you cancel within 30 days of the start of your membership term then we will refund your payment.
Why are we now limiting articles to paid members?
Despite our best efforts there hasn’t been enough advertising to cover the ongoing costs of the Bonjour Paris site. Furthermore, Covid-19 has hit the small amount of advertising revenue we relied upon. To keep the site going we have no option but to switch over to a subscription model, as so many other publishers are doing.
Where is the money from membership being spent?
The revenues generated from membership will not only ensure our survival, but also allow us to pay our writers a bit more (they deserve it!) and to invest in even more interesting types of content to help bring Paris alive for you.
Are all articles only available to paying members?
We keep a small amount of articles available to everyone (so they can see what they are missing out on!) but only paying members have full, unlimited access to all of our amazing content.
Is the weekly Bonjour Paris newsletter now exclusive to paying members?
The weekly Bonjour Paris update will continue to be sent to existing newsletter subscribers. However, the majority of articles will only be accessible to paying website members. Not a newsletter subscriber yet? Click here to get the best of Paris sent to your inbox every Thursday.
