In 2009 Brussels inaugurated a new museum dedicated to René Magritte (1868-1967), Belgium’s world-renowned surrealist artist. The works reveal Magritte’s witty and thought-provoking take on art. A mind-bending experience.

There's some upcoming legislation that could change it. A birth certificate, a U.S passport plus the right to work should give you the right to vote. Well, that's not automatically the case.
