114 Faubourg at Le Bristol Hotel

BP take: Located inside Le Bristol– the famous palace hotel on rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, this brasserie was awarded a Michelin star in 2013. (Le Bristol is also home to Epicure, chef Eric Frechon’s Michelin three-star restaurant.) At 114 Faubourg, chef Jean-Charles Cauquil helms a 21-person team in creating sublime culinary creations like the signature artichoke soup, served with foie gras and truffles. Service is as impeccable as the perfectly executed food, so it’s little wonder the brasserie has a loyal following of regulars. We highly recommend capping your meal with the vanilla Bourbon millefeuille, served with salted butter caramel.

“The dining room itself is elegant yet casual, with colorful dahlias covering the walls of the duplex space, separated by a wrought iron and marble staircase.” — Kasia Dietz, France Today.
