Thanks for any advice you may give me

Bonjour Pert and Welcome to BP! biggrin.gif

Do you have a web page for that agency?

Personally, I wouldn't pay the full rental price in advance and if, I'd get a cancellation insurance at the same time. Better safe than sorry.

In some cases, you pay a certain amount in advance, and the remaining once you're IN Paris. Sometimes, you'll be charged a deposit, you'll get back, under the condition, you leave the apartment the same way you found it.

Absolutely check their cancellation policy! Most agencies will hold back a certain amount, in case of a cancellation. The closer to your rental date, the more it will be...

You may find some information (feedback and comments from clients) by googling the name of the agency.

I strongly recommend you read the BP article regarding apartment rentals.
It may be wise to go with one, BP recommends, also.

You may also find the forum 'Hotels vs. Furnished Apartments' helpful to to go through.
Maybe, a bit time consuming, but certainly worth it.

In July, you may want A/C. Don't forget to check that.

Bonne chance and please do keep us informed about your experience! biggrin.gif
This is my first posting. I have tentatively rented a luxury apartment in Paris for ten days in July. I will shortly be wiring the full rental price and am concerned about the reliability of the agency. Is there some way I can check on the competency of this agency: Paris Prime Rentals, and their associates - Bella Vista SARL.

Thanks for any advice you may give me
