Trout with Almonds 2 personsPreparation/Cooking time:15 minutes 4 tbsp. butter 5 tbsp. sliced almonds 2 whole trout, cleaned inside 1/4 cup flour 1 tbsp. oil Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped In a large pan melt 2 tbsp. of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced almonds and cook just until golden. DO NOT BURN. Put the almonds and butter in a small dish and set aside. Sprinkle trout with flour. Melt the 2 tbsp. of remaining butter and 1 tbsp. oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the trout and cook until brown on both sides (6-8 minutes). Season with salt and pepper and place on a serving plate. Reheat the almonds and butter. Add the lemon juice and parsley. Spoon over the trout. Et voilà!Copyright © Paris New Media, LLC
